What is Samayoga?


Samayoga is born out of the integration between Hatha yoga, Kryias, QiGong and mantras.

This practice is given to the student in a intuitive way allowing fluidity of movements and total presence between the asanas, exploring simultaneously it's subtle aspects and the way they reveal themselves in the body.

The class will begin with the chant of a mantra and a brief meditation to allow to settle in and observe.

After this, a pranayama technique will be introduced (controlled breathing technique) where the immediate effects will be felt.

The asanas that will follow will be based on a weekly theme that will give the possibility to the student to explore, integrate and balance the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of his being.

The Samayoga practice of these classes will not be advanced and everyone is welcome to come!
